Overview:


District Tech Group Incorporated is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Engagement & Program Operations Manager to oversee client relationships, track deliverables, and manage invoicing and financials. This role bridges the gap between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring seamless communication and successful project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, financial oversight, and client engagement.



Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong and positive relationships.

  • Manage client accounts, including scheduling and leading status update meetings.

  • Track project deliverables, ensuring milestones are met in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Maintain organized records of all client engagements, communications, and project updates.

  • Oversee financial aspects of program management, including tracking hours, managing invoicing, and handling billing processes.

  • Facilitate clear communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations.

  • Define program and project requirements, working closely with internal teams to ensure successful execution.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to program operations and client satisfaction.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management, client engagement, or a similar role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with invoicing, financial tracking, and budget management.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization.

  • Familiarity with project management tools and software.

  • Background in technology, cybersecurity, or IT services is a plus.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in program analysis, project coordination, or operations management.

  • Understanding of security and compliance frameworks is beneficial.

  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving technology environment.
