Responsibilities:

• Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions, including cloud computing, networking, and endpoint management.

• Provide technical consultation to clients, assessing their IT needs and recommending optimal solutions.

• Configure and maintain IT systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

• Implement security best practices across IT solutions.

• Troubleshoot IT issues and provide technical support as needed.

• Collaborate with vendors and partners to deliver top-tier IT solutions.

• Document IT architectures, solutions, and best practices for clients.

Qualifications:

• Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or cloud computing.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft, Linux, and virtualization technologies.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Understanding of cybersecurity principles and IT compliance.

• Certifications such as CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus.
