What’s the minimum number of endpoints for a business plan?Our Essentials and Pro plans require at least 5 endpoints, and our Enterprise plan requires at least 10. Endpoints include laptops, desktops, tablets, or mobile devices that we manage.

What types of devices are supported?Laptops, desktops, tablets, and smartphones - both Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS. If you use it daily, we can probably protect it.

How many devices can I protect?The Core Plan covers 1 device. The Plus Plan includes 2 devices by default, and you can add more for $7 per device, per month. We also offer Household and Family bundles for multiple devices.
