IT Solutions Engineer

About This Role

As an IT Solutions Engineer, you will design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and security solutions for our clients. You will work across diverse environments including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid architectures to deliver secure and efficient technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• •Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions including servers, networks, and cloud environments
• •Deploy and configure security tools including EDR, SIEM, and identity management solutions
• •Provide technical support and troubleshooting for client environments
• •Develop automation scripts and tools to improve operational efficiency
• •Create technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• •Participate in security assessments and remediation efforts
• •Collaborate with SOC and GRC teams on integrated security solutions
• •Stay current on emerging technologies and security trends

Qualifications

• ✓3+ years of experience in IT engineering, systems administration, or similar role
• ✓Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server administration
• ✓Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• ✓Familiarity with networking concepts, firewalls, and VPNs
• ✓Experience with endpoint security solutions and deployment
• ✓Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
• ✓Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• ✓Excellent documentation and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• +Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• +Security certifications (Security+, CISSP, or equivalent)
• +Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD administration
• +Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
• +Experience in MSP/MSSP environment
