  • Impersonate DTG, its employees, other users, or any person or entity;
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to access the Services without express written consent;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services;
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise provide third-party access to the Services without DTG's written authorization;

  • Harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm DTG employees, contractors, or other users;
  • Transmit unsolicited bulk communications (spam) through or in connection with the Services;
  • Use the Services to stalk, monitor, or surveil any individual without their knowledge and consent.

3. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Because DTG provides security-sensitive services, users are expected to maintain baseline security hygiene. You agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized individuals;
  • Use strong, unique passwords for your DTG account and enable multi-factor authentication where available;
  • Notify DTG promptly at security@districttechgroup.com if you suspect your account has been compromised;
  • Not attempt to access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users or customers;
  • Comply with any security guidance, policies, or procedures communicated to you by DTG in connection with the Services.

4. CONTENT STANDARDS

Any content, data, or communications you submit to or through the Services ('Your Content') must comply with the following standards. Your Content must not:

  • Be false, inaccurate, or misleading;

  • Contain personally identifiable information about any third party submitted without that party's lawful consent;
  • Promote illegal activity or advocate violence against any person or group;
  • Contain malicious code, files, or programs designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to any system.

5. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services does not infringe on the rights of third parties. This includes:

  • Obtaining all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions before using third-party content, software, or data in connection with the Services;
  • Respecting the intellectual property, privacy, and contractual rights of all third parties;
  • Complying with the terms of any third-party services or platforms you connect to or use in combination with DTG's Services.

6. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

DTG reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:

  • Monitor use of the Services for compliance with this AUP;
  • Investigate any suspected violation of this AUP or any applicable law;
  • Cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating suspected illegal activity, including disclosing information about users as required by law;
  • Remove or refuse to transmit any content that violates this AUP;
  • Take any action we deem necessary or appropriate, in our sole discretion, to enforce this AUP or protect the integrity of the Services, other users, or third parties.

DTG does not assume any obligation to monitor the Services or remove specific content, and takes no responsibility for any failure to do so.

7. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you become aware of any activity that violates this AUP — including suspected abuse of our platform or security incidents — please report it immediately:

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly. Where appropriate, we will take action to stop the violation and prevent recurrence.

8. CONSEQUENCES OF VIOLATIONS

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions, at DTG's sole discretion:
