One team behind every service.

John Riley

Founder & CEO · District Tech Group

John spent two decades protecting the federal government's most sensitive systems — from the IRS to the U.S. Census Bureau, where he led security operations for the 2020 Census. He founded District Tech Group to bring that same expertise to the businesses and communities that usually can't reach it.

James Williams

Partner · Cyber Operations · JLW Tech

A CISSP-certified security leader and U.S. Air Force veteran with 35+ years building enterprise security operations — from Fortune 500 SOCs at Symantec to the $1.5B 2020 Census, where he and John worked side by side. He leads DTG’s cyber operations lane through JLW Tech.

Daniel Magallanes

Partner · Intelligence · Dynamic Stratagem

A U.S. Army veteran and former FBI analyst with 20+ years in cyber intelligence across government and the private sector — most recently leading security engineering at News Corp. He leads DTG's intelligence lane through Dynamic Stratagem.

Designs, builds, and manages secure infrastructure for small and mid-sized businesses. Networks, servers, cloud environments — stood up and managed so clients don't have to be engineers to operate securely.

A CISSP-certified GRC leader with a decade of federal experience. He runs DTG’s security and compliance division and Virtual CISO service, keeping clients audit-ready against HIPAA, CMMC, SOC 2, and more.
