From the IRS to the U.S. Census Bureau — where he led security operations for the 2020 Census, the largest peacetime mobilization in American history — he spent more than two decades running the kind of security programs most organizations never get access to.

He founded District Tech Group on a simple belief: enterprise-grade security expertise should not be reserved for the Fortune 500. DTG brings four partner firms together under one brand, each owning a different discipline, so a small business can get federal-grade protection through a single contract and a single monthly line item.

He also founded Senior Tech Care after watching too many people lose their savings to scams they were never taught to recognize. It reflects the same conviction that drives everything he builds — that security should be clear, accessible, and human.
